I'm a qualified humanistic counselor and psychotherapist, making use of a wide variety of psychotherapeutic disciplines. I am a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).  I offer skilled, professional support in a safe, confidential environment. Our sessions will go beyond every day conversation to help you form a deeper understanding of yourself.

I'm also offer online clinical supervision to support  counselors and therapists to professionaly hold their pracitces, skillfully, professionally, while supporting the therapist. I offer supervision for both trained IFS practicinors and those that are IFS informed, offering IFS supervision online and in person.
