Internal Family Systems (IFS)

'All Parts Are Welcome'

What is IFS Therapy?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful and transformative model of psychotherapy. In IFS we look at our inner world, our ‘parts’ that make up our unique ‘internal system.’  This inner world contains valuable qualities and our core Self that knows how to heal, allowing our parts to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome, this includes the parts that we are comfortable with, as well as the parts, that we may experience as difficult, shameful or troublesome. IFS therapy looks to unburden or heal the parts that carry the ‘burdens’ or trauma from our past that affect how we feel about ourselves and deal with situations or people in the present.

I have completed all 3 levels of the IFS training.

-I offer IFS therapy and counselling for individuals.

-I offer clinical supervision for those who have trained as IFS practitioners and those who are ‘IFS informed.’

I have regular supervision by two certified IFS clinical supervisors for both my therapy and supervision practices.

My fees are £70 per session. Sessions last for 60 minutes.
